There is no such thing as an actual credit blacklist. Every lender has their own scoring system, so each one will view you differently. However, all lenders are legally prohibited from lending to you within 12 months of you being declared bankrupt. And there are other factors, such as a new County Court Judgment, that can damage your credit rating to the extent that you will find it almost universally impossible to be accepted for credit.
