If we were unable to find your credit report and you have since noticed a mistake in the account information you provided, you will need to contact help@totallymoney.com to ensure a new search is completed.


If you have already received your credit report and are looking to change your name, employment status, annual income or address details you can do so by clicking on 'My Account' and then 'Edit My Details'. If you would like to change your date of birth you will need to request this by sending an email to help@totallymoney.com.


We can not currently change your email address as this is used to validate your account. We are looking in to changing this in the near future.
